Lovely part of Northumberland is the farne islands, where you can go out on a boat and visit the puffin island and see longstone lighthouse on your journey. Longstone Lighthouse is an active 19th century lighthouse located on Longstone Rock in the outer group of the Farne Islands off the Northumberland Coast, England. Completed in 1826, it was originally called the Outer Farne Lighthouse, and complemented the earlier Inner Farne Lighthouse. This print is from an original oil painting and the sky is amazing on this print, the colours make the lighthouse Red really stand out against the sky.
